1. Financing
All credit facility payments go through CIM Finance.
We accept payment in cash, debit and credit cards.
2. Installation & Delivery
- Solar Water Heaters
Solar Water Heaters are mounted at the customer's premises. Connection of water supply to the Solar Water Heater is not included.
Delivery of Solar Water Heater is free of charge.
- Tiles
Delivery of tiles is at our Harris Street store.
- Granite Worktops
Granite worktops are available in 'bullnose' i.e. rounded on one edge.
Delivery of granite worktops is at our Harris Street store.
- Laminate Flooring
Laminate flooring is available in 6mm, 8mm and 12mm. Flooring film is included in the price of the laminate flooring. Plastic fittings are included in the price of the skirting.
Delivery of laminate flooring is at our Harris Street store.
- Furniture
Furniture is usually assembled and delivered free of charge to your preferred location. The customer is also able to take delivery of packed items if the customer so wishes.
Delivery of furniture is at our GRNW showroom.
- Aluminium Composite Panel
Delivery of aluminium composite panel is at our GRNW showroom.
- Glass Block
Delivery of glass block is at our GRNW showroom.
3. Difference between pressure and non-pressure solar water heaters
Pressure solar water heaters provide mains pressure via a high effective copper coil. When the outlet valve is opened, water flows through the coil and absorbs the heat from the water inside the solar collector tank. The solar collector tank is therefore a thermal store. When the customer turns on the tap, there is immediate hot water and the water is very clean because people use the water directly from the tap, not from the tank.
Non-pressure solar water heaters rely on the natural circulation of water between the tubes and the tank. As water in the vacuum tubes is heated, it rises naturally into the tank while cold water in the tank flows down to the bottom of the vacuum tubes, causing circulation throughout the system.

Ah Koye Ha Chow & Co Ltd does not accept any returns and would like to ask customers to choose items carefully prior to invoicing.

Call our furniture after-sales service on 211 6397 to help diagnose the problem and schedule a repair.
6. Office chair replacement parts
Office chair replacement parts such as gas lift, plaque, chair base and wheels may be purchased at minimal cost at our GRNW showroom (211 6397).
